  • Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

Refund Process:

  • To initiate a refund, please contact us with your order details and reason for the return.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 -10 business days.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance we will be more than happy to replace it.

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.

Non-Refundable Items:​

  • Customized or personalized items may also be non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective.
